i need not vote for art because i really am expecting great art from you. i don't care about paper quality as long as the art and text is clear.

you have to have that catchy intro so that your would-be-storywise-fans will have good enough reason to see the next ish. if your intro is crappy, then you'll only win those eye candy peeps.
